The uncomfortable truth

It’s weird to come to terms with some undeniable truths about oneself. But one I’ve certainly come to realise is the fact I have this undeniable fear of being tied down. Whether it is in the form of a job or a relationship, any relationship, I’d rather want to keep it free and as uncomplicated … Continue reading

Because Guardians of the Galaxy is a good summer* block movie with an awesome soundtrack. *well, not particularly summer in this corner of Europe. More like an early autumn with all the rain, hail, thunderstorms and gales, interspersed with some sun and blue skies.

I don’t know whether it’s due to my upcoming Birthday or simply the result of the turnaround that’s been taking place this year, but slowly but surely I do feel like I’m sort of on the right track. Dear Mother

I know you’d like me to have a clear and concise planning as to what my future should be. There are plenty of times where I wish I had that too, or at least a general map just so I could know what direction I preferably should and shouldn’t take. Alas life hasn’t deemed that … Continue reading

Little reminder

But do look back as a reminder for the many lessons you will have learned along the way. Just don’t retrace your steps and be surprised you’ve ended up in the same spot.

These 3 canvases had been waiting for their final destination for some time, I had already given it 2 different tries, and 2 layers of paint as I had already started with them, but somewhere along the way it just didn’t pan out. And they were left to be finished for yet another day. While … Continue reading
